1 Bedroom Family Units

Queen bed in the main studio with either twin single beds in a seperate bedroom or a single bed and bunks in a separate bedroom.

Self contained with cooking facilities, crockery, glassware, utencils, pots, electric ftying pan and fridge. Small table & chairs, flat screen sky tv in both rooms, electric blankets, ensuite bathroom with bath or separate shower.

Suitable for 1 - 5 persons. Infant cots can be accommodated in this room type for an additional charge.

CONDITIONS:

- Prices are in NZD and include GST

- All prices based on 2 people sharing ($20.00 per extra person)

- Corporate rates are available on application

- No Check outs on New Years Day or Christmas Day

CANCELLATION POLICY: If your plans change for some reason we do understand and ask that you let us know as soon as possible. We require 48 hours notice of cancellation or a charge of one night accommodation may be made if your room cannot be re-let. Not showing up at all may incur a charge of one night’s accommodation. Any change to a confirmed reservation, on or within 48 hours of your arrival may incur a charge. SKI SEASON: July, August and September – requires 14 days notice. Cancellation within this period may incur a charge of one night accommodation or 50% of the booking (whichever is greater) if your room cannot be re-let.

PAYMENT POLICY: No payment is required at the time of booking, but we do require credit card details to secure your booking. Your credit card will not be processed until you check out or if the cancellation policy applies.

CHILD POLICY: Children under the age of 2 years stay free if extra bedding is not required. Any child requiring extra bedding will be charged at the extra person rate. Baby cots/cribs and high chairs are available on request for an additional charge and are subject to availability.

BEDDING REQUIREMENTS: Bedding configurations are on a request basis only and subject to availability. Whilst we will do our best to meet your requirements we cannot guarantee your requested bed type.

SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is NOT permitted in all units. If smoke is detected inside a unit there will be a charge to restore the unit to its non-smoking state.
